Brasserie Jo brings the romance and elegance of France to the Bostonian doorstep. The Colonnade Hotel is home to Boston's most authentic brasserie. Dubbed as Boston's Paris, this restaurant evokes the charm of Paris in the 40s. The entire area is covered by potted palms and decorated with murals inspired by Lautrec. Tiled floors and low ceilings give it a romantic charm.
Brasserie JO has three main spaces: a French bar, a main dining area with a 1940s look, and a unique "Winter Garden." In addition to breakfast, lunch, and dinner, the restaurant offers a late- night menu until midnight and serves brunch on weekends. Reservations are highly recommended but not required. Hotel guests can ask The Colonnade's 24- hour concierge service to handle their reservations. Valet Parking is offered Wednesday - Saturday from 5:00pm- midnight.
Those in search of more adventurous fare can wash down Joho's Famous Shrimp Bag (a filo- wrapped bundle of shrimp, rice, mushrooms, greens and lobster sauce) with his signature microbrew (Hopla) before proceeding to a dessert course of profiteroles or artisanal cheeses.
