Located in the fringe of historic Back Bay, this small European style building oozes charm.Eight stories high, this 90 year old building boasts of a sophisticated interior. Unpretentious in appearance, it offers a welcome contrast to the more lavish and gaudy hotels. Each holds a queen, double bed or two twin beds, with enough room to squeeze in a cot. The staff is welcoming and helpful and the prices are pretty easy on the pocket.

Tea and coffee are available in the lobby all day. For evening entertainment ,Fritz Bar is located in the lobby. The bar has a lively atmosphere and a mixed clientele. Although there is not a full service restaurant inside the hotel, there are dining destinations within walking distance. Nearby restaurants include Icarus, Grill 23, Legal Seafood, and Hamersley's.
